In the midst of the changes our modren world presents, previously isolated indigenous tribal communities have little choice but to adapt if they wish to survive in thier changing enviorment. Such borrowed modes of civilization and the enticing oppertunities they offer, threaten tribal integrity and indigenous  means of survival.

The process is a familiar one to the most of other indigenous tribal communities of the world-many of whom have already experienced how such weaknesses can result in cultural demise of a previously self-sufficent isolated society. In recent decades it has inexorably stripped countless marginal communities of thier ancestors’ culture and indigenous tribal identity.

The support and co-opertion of various researchers and the resourses of national and international organizations will be crucial in preventing the extinction of Kalasha Peoples Culture.
